How to invite somebody to a business mediation - takes 5 minutes and is free.

The first step in bringing another party to mediation is to express your wish to resolve the dispute, and invite them to mediation. Filling this form provides you with a professional invitation to mediate that you can send to the other party.
Once you have completed the form you will receive an email containing the invitation in letter format which you can then copy to your own stationery and post, or paste into a new email and send it digitally.

The rest of the letter will read as follows.

It seems to me that we would benefit from working out our differences through mediation. Mediation is quick, inexpensive, and allows both sides to negotiate a mutually acceptable solution without any risk whatsoever.

If you want to know more about how mediation works, and how it might work for us, Maximiti Mediation are happy to explain the process and have a general, no obligation conversation about how it might work in our case. You can call Maximiti Mediation on 0161 798 2124, email [email protected], or take a look at www.maximiti.co.uk .

I hope you will consider this option favourably.

Kind regards,
